Pad Thai: Iconic noodles from Central Thailand
PAD THAI NOODLES ( for 1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
100g cooked rice noodles
30g protein of choice (cooked/fried firm diced yellow tofu is recommended)
1/4 cup Ko Tae Xin Pad Thai Sauce
Fresh bean sprouts (optional)
chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
Method:
In a wok, heat the oil on HIGH heat until hot. Add the cooked rice noodles and fry for a minute until the noodles are separated and coated with the oil. Add your protein and Ko Tae Xin Pad Thai sauce in the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Remove the noodles onto a plate and garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh bean sprouts. Enjoy immediately
