Pad Krapow: A Thai Street Food Favorite
CLASSIC PAD KRAPOW (for 1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
100g protein of choice (ground plant-based or firm tofu is recommended)
1/3 cup Ko Tae Xin Thai Pad Krapow Sauce
Steamed jasmine rice to serve (optional)
Method:
In a wok, heat the oil on HIGH heat until hot. Add your protein and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through and add Ko Tae Xin Pad Krapow sauce. Stir for another 1-2 minutes until ingredients are well mixed together. Serve on top of a bowl of hot steamed rice and enjoy while hot
VARIATION:
PAD KRAPOW FRIED RICE
To make a fried rice version without protein, simply replace the protein with 1 cup of cooked rice. For a complete dish with protein, just add 1/2 cup of cooked rice along with the sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined
