Khao Soi: A Taste of Northern Thailand
TRADITIONAL KHAO SOI (for 1 serving)
Ingredients:
100g cooked rice noodle
30g protein of choice (cooked)
2/3 cup Ko Tae Xin Khao Soi Soup Base
Roasted Chili (optional)
pickled chinese green cabbage (optional)
Method:
In a pot on HIGH heat, add noodles, protein, and Ko Tae Xin soup base and bring to a boil while mixing occasionally. Serve in a bowl and garnish with pickled green cabbage and roasted chili (optional). Enjoy immediately
Note: if you prefer to have a soupier version, increase the soup base to 1 cup
